1 on 1 Agility Drill

Lay 4 markers out to create a 3 meter by 3 meter grid with a marker in each corner. Stand in the middle of the grid. Coach to number each marker from 1-4. Coach will call out a number and you must run to the correct marker and return back to the centre of the grid before going again. Do this for 2 sets of 30 seconds, with 60 seconds rest in-between.

When you feel conditioned, step it up to 3 sets of 30 seconds, with 60 seconds rest in-between. Continue further with 4 sets of 30 seconds, with 60 seconds rest in-between. Drop the rest period to 30 seconds in-between each of the 4 sets of 30 seconds to rapidly increase your agility.
